Mark Youngblood, President
MarkYounglood is an internationally recognized speaker, author, consultant, and executive coach. He has twenty-five years of broad-based consulting experience with an emphasis on executive team performance, leadership effectiveness, and strategic alignment. Mark is the president of ISEE Global, Inc., the successor to Quay Alliance Inc., which he founded in 1994 to provide consulting and executive coaching.
Mark’s consulting experience includes three years with CSC’s Strategic Services Group, and six years with Price Waterhouse’s Management Consulting Services practice. Mark has also been an internal consultant at a major oil company and a high-tech credit services firm, and served as Chief Information Officer for Micrografx, Inc.
Mark’s clients span practically every industry, and clients include PricewaterhouseCoopers, Motorola, Accela, United Capital, Slalom Consulting, Flowserve, Sacramento Municipal Utility, PlainsCapital Bank, Zebra Technologies, and TeamHealth.
Mark is trained in the DiBianca-Berkman coaching methodology and received his coaching certification from NLP Learning Systems of Dallas. He has earned credentials as a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Managerial Accountant, and Certified Computer Professional after getting his BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
